the staff was always helpful and cute. the room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities i needed. i especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere. the hotel was near the city center, easily accessible by car. it was great that the location.

the all-inclusive package included three bars, but guests could only use one.

I found the pillows to be fluffy. I have never felt anything quite like them. The room was super clean each day and had a wonderfully fresh scent. This.

the air conditioning did not get sufficiently cool, and the room felt stuffy at times. i wanted to keep the windows closed due to concerns about mosquitoes and other bugs.
